Sarah Wing (she/her)

Federal Policy Manager

Sarah Wing, JD, is the Federal Policy Manager at SIECUS, where she leads national policymaker and partner education, advocacy, and lobbying efforts, shaping federal policy support and engagement.

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she championed Title IX policy reforms, advocated for campus sexual assault survivors, and supported victims of sex and human trafficking. She also served as a Congressional Fellow with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, working on child welfare and public health issues with the Senate Subcommittee on Children and Families and Congresswoman Stacey E. Plaskett.

With extensive legal experience in family law, juvenile matters, and supporting Black survivors of domestic violence, Sarah is deeply committed to advancing justice and protecting marginalized communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Women and Gender Studies, and Africana Studies from Goucher College, focusing on global politics, gender-based violence, and systemic inequities.
